Winter is coming.....

As I'm writing this the rain is pouring down outside, it's been non stop all day. Oh well, summer is over I suppose!
Well, it's been a good season all in all,but I feel very tired at this time of year! we have half term in a couple of weeks with the last surge of visitors to Dawlish, then it quietens down after that.
We will be closing on Mondays from now on. I hope to stay open through November into December until the christmas market, but will have to see how it goes. As long as there are enough customers I will stay open, so please keep visiting us!
My homemade soup always goes down well in the Winter and I will be making extra batches of soup as the cold weather starts to take hold. As the shop is much quieter now I have much more time to try out new recipes. Look out for my 'Soup and Sandwich' deal which I will start soon.
I will still offer catering and cakes, so if anyone should need any a buffet or birthday cake - I can help.
Not much else to report really. Just to say that my opening times may vary for the latter part of the year. I generally open at around 10:30 and close whenever it goes quiet really, generally no later than 4pm at this time of year. Please note I may not open at all in bad weather.
